Upon finishing his servitude in the country, Charles Phillips then went on to pursue his other dreams, this time he applied in several institutions as a Director in different institutions such as the Jazz at Lincoln Center, and also at the American Museum of Natural History. His directorial skills didn’t end there; he went on and embarked on other companies just so he can further expand his skills and knowledge, which led him to applying in the Morgan Stanley Corporation. Additionally, Charles still didn’t stop just by working at Morgan Stanley; his expertise again led him to work for another company, this time he worked again as a Director at the Viacom Company.
After a few years, Mr. Phillips went on to test his limits and specialty once more by applying in Wall Street. It was in this place where someone has seen great potential in the work ethics and performance of Charles; he was then plucked from working in Wall Street to being offered the Presidential position at Oracle.
